What purposes do we process your personal data for?

The purpose of processing personal data is to identify and authenticate individuals who wish to enroll in educational programmes, or their representatives if they are minors, enabling them to use the tools provided by the Centralised Admission to Educational Programmes Information System (CPIS) for the purpose of concluding study contracts, processing personal data electronically within the system, and providing information to data recipients involved in educational and vocational training activities.

How long do we retain your personal data?

CPIS data is stored for 1 year from the moment of its receipt. After this period, the data in CPIS is transferred to other state information systems or destroyed.
