CPIS is a Centralised Information System for Admission to Education Programmes that ensures equal opportunities for everyone to access effective admission to education programmes services tailored to individual needs. The admission services follow a one-stop shop principle.

The CPIS information system covers all stages of admission to educational programmes—from submitting an application to signing a study contract.

CPIS is intended for education participants at all levels – students (14 years old and older), education providers, municipal administrations and other related institutions.

No. Private educational institutions set their own admission conditions. For further information, you shall contact the institution directly.

You can log in to the system in two ways:
1) by using the e-Government Gateway or
2) by accessing the invitation received via email, using your email address and password.

• Use e-Government Gateway to login, and select an option to act on behalf of another person.
• Login to the CPIS information system and send an invitation to a child via email.

If you are unable to log in via the E-Government Gateway, you can request an invitation to log in to the information system by email.

• If you are underage and wish to enrol in vocational education and training programmes, you must provide a parent’s or guardian’s consent to a vocational education and training institution. You can do so by:
  • Arriving at a vocational education and training institution and presenting a consent form signed by a parent or guardian along with a privacy policy document signed by you.
  • Arriving together with one of your parents or guardians and signing the consent form and privacy policy document directly at the vocational education and training institution.
  • Sending a consent form electronically signed by one of your parents or guardians via email and presenting a privacy policy document signed by you to the vocational education and training institution.

Please note that when visiting the vocational school and/or municipality, you should bring an identity document.

Submission of applications is held electronically via CPIS informational system.

The purpose of processing personal data is to identify and authenticate individuals who wish to enroll in educational programmes, or their representatives if they are minors, enabling them to use the tools provided by the Centralised Admission to Educational Programmes Information System (CPIS) for the purpose of concluding study contracts, processing personal data electronically within the system, and providing information to data recipients involved in educational and vocational training activities.

CPIS data is stored for 1 year from the moment of its receipt. After this period, the data in CPIS is transferred to other state information systems or destroyed.
