Non-formal Children Education

The application period for pupils and their parents (or guardians) to apply for Non-Formal Children’s Education programmes funded through the pupil’s voucher scheme will begin on 15 August this year.

CPIS will be available to municipalities, the Lithuanian Agency for Non-Formal Education (LINEŠA), and Non-Formal Children’s Education programmes providers from 1 July. Between 1 July and 14 August, municipalities, LINEŠA, and programmes providers will prepare the system for pupil admissions. Guidance for system administrators is available after signing in to the CPIS administration portal.

How to submit an application?

Applications for admission to Non-Formal Children’s Education programmes for the 2026–2027 academic year must be submitted through the Centralised Admission to Educational Programmes Information System (CPIS).

Applications will be accepted from 15 August 2026.

What is CPIS?

CPIS is a Centralised Information System for Admission to Education Programmes that ensures equal opportunities for everyone to access effective admission to education programmes services tailored to individual needs. The admission services follow a one-stop shop principle.

For whom CPIS is intended?

CPIS is intended for education participants at all levels – students (14 years old and older), education providers, municipal administrations and other related institutions.

How to log in to the CPIS information system?

You can log in to the system in two ways:
1) by using the e-Government Gateway or
2) by accessing the invitation received via email, using your email address and password.
